The fiancee of Thomas Sadoski is taking legal action since her private photos, some of which include ‘intimate moments’ with ex-boyfriend Justin, have leaked online.
Amanda Seyfried has become the latest victim of Hollywood hacking scandal. According to a new report, the pregnant fiancee of Thomas Sadoski now has her legal team going after a website that allegedly has published leaked, private photos of herself.
Amanda’s attorney sent a letter on Wednesday, March 15 to Celeb Jihad. In the letter obtained by TMZ, her attorney stated that the photos featuring the 31-year-old actress “either in various states of nudity” or “in intimate moments with her former boyfriend” were meant to be private.
“These photographs are believed to have been leaked, i.e., wrongfully obtained by a third party or parties without Ms. Seyfried’s knowledge or consent,” it continued. “Your unauthorized use and distribution of the Seyfried Photographs constitutes, at a minimum, copyright infringement, violation of Ms. Seyfried’s right of privacy under applicable law, and tortious conduct under state and common law.”
Gossip Cop points out that Amanda’s ex-boyfriend featured in the leaked pictures is Justin Long, whom she dated from 2013 to 2015. The “In Time” actress’ attorney has been demanding Celeb Jihad to immediately remove the photos and that they preserve any evidence related to the leak.
Amanda is not the only actress taking legal action to deal with photo-leaking issue. As previously reported, “Beauty and the Beast (2017)” star Emma Watson had contacted her legal team to take any necessary actions in order to take her private photos down, even though they were not nude pictures, her rep said.
